Continuous. Contactless. Remote.
98.4% medical grade accuracy
Enabled by Dozee’s technology, ib.digi continuously monitors various vitals based on Ballistocardiograophy and Artificial Intelligence.
Ballistocardiography is a non-invasive technique for producing a graphical representation of the repetitive body motions. Thus, every heartbeat, respiration rate, and body movement is converted into meaningful biomarkers that helps monitor trends of patient vitals.
AI coverts this raw data into meaningful biomarkers to help monitor trends. It further also detects early signs of patient deterioration.
Early warning system (EWS) uses a combination of physiological parameters and priority weights to assess the probability that a patient is at risk for deterioration and give a score of patient’s real time condition.
It is a cumulative score of risk levels of physiological parameters like heart rate, respiration rate, SpO2, systolic BP which act as early predictors for possible physiological decline.
It can assist to minimize/decrease incidences of adverse effects, optimize provider efficiency, improve outcomes.
EWS makes intuitive sense and has strong validity. EWS are effective at reducing cardiorespiratory arrest and mortality. Severity of illness in patients admitted to the ICU was reduced. Relieve of administrative burden on nurses, improving the accuracy of vitals charting, reduce non-value added activities and increase in proportion of nursing time associated with direct patient care.
