Jon Wells is the President and CEO for Midmark Corporation.
Founded in 1915, Midmark Corporation is the only clinical environmental design company that enables a better care experience for the medical, dental and animal health markets. Midmark focuses on harmonizing clinical space, technology and workflows for caregivers and patients at the point of care.
Wells most recently held the positions of President and Chief Commercial Officer. As an award-winning senior executive, he has more than 30 years of experience in designing, leading and implementing a broad range of corporate growth and realignment initiatives. He works with the Midmark executive team to further solidify its strategy and execution, ensuring the delivery of the Midmark brand promise to design seamless solutions that simplify and enable better care, wherever clinician and patient interaction occur.
Wells has held positions in sales, project management, product management and marketing leadership. As Vice President of Marketing, he led both forward-thinking upstream marketing as well as downstream and played a significant role in Midmark’s rebranding efforts, which included the assessment, customer research, ideation and implementation of Midmark’s new brand identity across the organization.
Using his education in architecture, Wells has dedicated his career to improving the healthcare experience. He has written published articles addressing such issues as efficient exam room and procedure room design, process workflows and effective instrument processing for office-based sterilization areas. Through his thought leadership, Wells has delivered solutions where equipment and design can improve patient outcomes while creating physician office efficiencies and lowering cost.
Wells currently sits on the board of the Health Industry Distributors Association’s (HIDA) education foundation, is a former board member and president of the Healthcare Manufacturers Management Council (HMMC) and has held roles on several industry trade councils. Wells is also engaged in his community—volunteering time to support projects in New Bremen, Ohio.
Wells received his Bachelor of Science degree in architecture and a Master of Business Administration degree from The Ohio State University.
Jon Dill
Chief Financial Officer
Jon Dill is the Chief Financial Officer for Midmark Corporation..
As CFO, Dill is responsible for finance and corporate development teams, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, legal, M&A and taxation.
Dill has more than 30 years of experience in finance. In a former role, he served as operating executive at Orchard Holdings, an investment firm in Cincinnati, where he advised the management teams of the portfolio companies while optimizing portfolio synergies. He has consulted with or worked for other private equity firms in prior roles.
Before joining Orchard, Dill held executive operating roles at several companies including 3 years at Washing Systems LL and 15 years at ProAmpac LLC (fka Ampac Packaging LLC), where as CFO, he was a key contributor to its substantial growth and success. At ProAmpac, he was instrumental in the completion and integration of 14 acquisitions, the expansion into Europe and the establishment of operations in Asia. Dill also spent eight years at Chiquita Brands International in a variety of sales, financial and operational positions in Cincinnati, Los Angeles and Panama.
Dill serves in numerous business, community and charitable organizations. The Cincinnati Business Courier awarded him CFO of the Year in 2007.
He received a bachelor’s degree in political science from DePauw University and his Master of Business Administration in finance and international business from the University of Chicago.

As Vice President of Clinical Affairs and Chief Medical Officer for Midmark Corporation, Dr. Tom Schwieterman has a profound understanding of the trends and issues driving the healthcare industry through significant change and evolution. His experience as a private practice physician for 12 years in a rural community gives him a unique perspective on problems and opportunities facing physician practices, especially at the point of care.
Since joining Midmark in 2007, “Dr. Tom” helps lead the company’s focus on innovative technology and new approaches that enrich experiences between caregivers and their patients at the point of care. Much of his time is focused on advising the development of clinical solutions, recognizing and understanding market trends, monitoring and providing insight on government regulations, and identifying and quantifying new innovations in the medical, dental and animal health markets. He also targets optimal ways health information technology can improve caregiver efficiency and patient outcomes.
Dr. Tom has been a guest speaker for many conferences, including keynote addresses at the Health Industry Distribution Association Executive Conference, lectures at the National Distribution Corporation and other national healthcare distribution meetings, Wireless Life Sciences Alliance Symposium, World Economic Forum on eHealth, The Ohio State Medical Association Health IT Conference and Future of Healthcare panels. .
Dr. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in software engineering from Miami University, Ohio, a Doctor of Medicine degree from The University of Cincinnati College of Medicine and a Master of Business Administration from Xavier University. He is board certified in family practice.

Prior to his tenure at Midmark India, Sumeet was the linchpin in Fortis Healthcare’s expansion, serving as General Manager in the CEO’s office and spearheading the new business venture vertical in India. With a strategic tenure in Fortis Healthcare, Singapore, Sumeet’s role in Business Development and Strategic Alliances and as Director in the Executive Chairman’s office was pivotal in growing Fortis Healthcare’s footprint in Southeast Asia, enhancing market share, and elevating operational efficiencies. His leadership was instrumental in driving patient satisfaction through innovative solutions and fostering indispensable partnerships.
Before his impactful journey at Fortis Healthcare, Sumeet was recognized as a Global Leadership Fellow at the World Economic Forum in New York. In this prestigious role, he led crucial engagements across sectors to sculpt the global health and healthcare agenda, initiating projects that underscored the value of health investments and set the foundation for superior health outcomes.
Sumeet’s consultancy tenure at Deloitte Consulting and Monitor Group in the United States is marked by his role as a trusted advisor to significant global healthcare clients, where he delivered strategic insights and transformative solutions.
An INSEAD MBA graduate and holding a Bachelor’s degree in Business with a concentration in Management Information Systems (MIS) from the University of Arizona, Sumeet’s leadership and contributions to the healthcare arena have been widely acknowledged, earning him accolades such as being listed among the Outstanding 50 Asian Americans in Business by the Asian American Business Development Centre, and the Global Achievement Award from the Alumni Association of the University of Arizona. His commitment to lifelong learning is demonstrated through executive education completions at renowned institutions, including Wharton Business School, Harvard, London Business School, Indian Institute of Management, INSEAD, and Columbia University.
